Marcus takes the time to meet with each new client at the beginning of the process to learn as much as possible about what is important to you, the buyer, in your new custom home. He continues to work with you through each step of the design and build. From preconstruction services to attending architectural and interior design meetings, he and his team are involved in the entire process. Once construction begins on your home, a qualified Project Manager is assigned and becomes your main point of contact, while you watch your vision come to life!
